The 54th edition of Filo will be held, as expected, on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October 2020 at the MiCo – Milano Convention Center (via Gattamelata 5, Milan).
The emergency related to the Covid-19 virus has serious repercussions on the daily life of each of us, on the activities of companies, and in particular of manufacturing ones, in Italy and in many other countries. The textile-clothing sector is particularly affected.
Despite this difficult context, Filo has chosen to confirm the dates of its autumn appointment: the 54th edition will take place on 7 and 8 October 2020 in the new MiCo – Milano Convention Center (via Gattamelata 5, Milan).
The companies exhibiting at Filo constitute one of the first links in the long production process that characterizes the textile-clothing sector: what happens to spinning influences, in cascade, all the downstream passages, from fabrics to ennobling, up to the finished product.
For these reasons, Filo has not stopped and is already working to build a 54th edition that represents a real boost to the recovery of the whole sector. As always, it does so by focusing on the values of concreteness and professionalism that have distinguished the Salone since its first edition. And in the belief that the companies that participate in Filo, both as exhibitors and as visitors, will be able to respond to this unexpected challenge of global dimensions by offering their customers products with even higher quality and creativity content, made with respect for the environment and worker welfare.
Aware of the difficult moment that we are all experiencing today, we are confident that Filo in October will be the starting point for everyone: an appointment, therefore, on 7 and 8 October 2020 at MiCo with the 54th edition of Filo.
