Brand – Simple bureaucracy or false meritocracy?

In the fast-paced world of modern commerce, our company, Fil-3, is often confronted with a reality that makes us feel utterly powerless: the dictatorial norms imposed by the brands we partner with.

This represents a significant obstacle that undermines our growth and forces us to deal with unprecedented challenges.

Unfortunately, this situation all too often results in the loss of valuable orders. Sometimes, our fate is in the hands of suppliers or chain workers who, for one reason or another, are unable to access brand portals. This creates real gaps in our operations, forcing us to leave behind opportunities that could have contributed to our growth and prosperity.

Our work, which should be focused on excellence and the satisfaction of our customers, is instead often burdened by a mountain of bureaucracy imposed by these strict rules. We find ourselves dedicating precious time and resources to trying to adapt to their requests, losing sight of the importance of meritocracy and professional skills.

We are convinced that the success of a company should depend on the quality of the products and services we offer, on the dedication and commitment of our employees and suppliers, rather than on our ability to comply with complex and sometimes incomprehensible rules.

Unfortunately, we realize that, in an increasingly globalized and interconnected world, our single voice may seem weak in the face of giants who dictate the law in the marketplace. however, we refuse to give up. We will continue to fight for greater fairness and freedom of choice, hoping that one day brands will recognize the value of realities like ours and open up to new ways of collaborating.

Until then, we are committed to maintaining our entrepreneurial spirit, innovating and finding creative solutions to overcome the obstacles placed before us. We believe that with the support of our customers, employees and partners, we can overcome this impasse and build a more just and prosperous future for our company, Fil-3, and the industry as a whole.
